    Pricing questions

    What is a credit?

    One credit covers one model run. Simple forward models cost a single credit; larger inverse or multi-step workflows may use more. Your remaining balance is always visible in the workspace toolbar.

    What happens when I run out of credits?

    Your existing results and chats stay available — you just cannot start new runs until your balance is topped up. The workspace will prompt you with your upgrade options.

    Can I change plans later?

    Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new allowance applies immediately. To downgrade or cancel, use the billing portal from your profile — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

    Do unused credits roll over?

    No. Your balance refreshes to your plan's allowance at the start of each billing period, so unused credits do not carry over. If you regularly run out before the period ends, a larger plan will suit you better.

    Do you offer academic or team pricing?

    We do. If you are at a university or bringing a group onto the platform, contact us and we will put together something that fits.
